The high pressure blower is a driven fluid machine that relies on the input mechanical energy to increase the pressure of gas and deliver gas side by side. It can be made into two types: right-hand and left-hand. The clockwise rotation of the impeller from one side of the motor is called the right-hand rotating blower, and the counterclockwise rotation is called the left-hand.

Its working principle is similar to that of a turbine compressor, except that because the gas flow rate is low and the pressure changes little, it is generally not necessary to consider the change of the specific volume of the gas, so long as the gas is treated as an incompressible fluid.

Under normal circumstances, the air volume of newly installed high pressure 
blowers is relatively large, but the excessive air volume is completely beneficial, so it should be controlled.

 

On the one hand, the flow rate can be adjusted by changing the rotating speed of the high pressure blower; On the other hand, the flow rate can be adjusted by adjusting the opening and closing degree of the door; Can also change the resistance coefficient of the pipe network to adjust the flow rate; Or changing the fan with higher pressure or lower pressure to adjust the flow rate has obvious improvement effect.
