Working principle

After entering the air knife, the compressed air is blown out at a high speed with an airflow sheet with a thickness of only 0.05 mm. According to the principle of Coenda effect and the special geometry of air knife, this thin air curtain can be 30 ~ 40 times as large as the ambient air, forming a thin impact air curtain with high intensity and large airflow. Air knives are divided into standard air knives and super air knives in working mode. The air curtain of standard air knives deflects 90 degrees and blows out horizontally.


The air knife is made of aluminum alloy or stainless steel. The aluminum alloy air knife has been electroplated in the manufacturing process, and its service life is much longer than other similar products. The stainless steel air knife can be used in high temperature and high corrosion environment;

2."Full air flow" design, that is, the width of the air knife is exactly the same as that of the air curtain blown out by the air knife. There are installation and connection screw holes on the back of the air knife, which can combine the required lengths as needed;

3.The air knife can drain up to 40 times of ambient air, and the air consumption is only 1/5 of that of the traditional blowpipe;

4.There are no wear parts inside the air knife, and the internal gasket is made of stainless steel, with a service life of more than 10 years;

5.It is driven by compressed air without electricity and can be used in explosion-proof environment
