One of the Common Faults of High Pressure Blower: Open-phase Operation One of the factors that cause the high-pressure blower to burn down due to excessive temperature in basic common faults is: open-phase operation. At first, the motor can't be started, even if it can be started with full load, the speed ratio gradually increases and there is a buzz; The motor is burning with smoke, accompanied by burning smell. Generally, when the motor bearing end cover is removed, it can be seen that 1/3 or 2/3 of the pole winding at the top of the winding is burnt or turns dark brown. Final solution: 1. The fuse circuit of the motor power supply system is in poor contact or damaged by mechanical equipment, which leads to the fuse melting of a certain phase. 2. The specifications and models of three-phase fuses in the circuit of motor power supply system are different, and the fuse with small volume is burnt out. Fuses with the same specifications and models should be replaced according to the output power size of the motor. 3. The power switch (breaker, rubber cover power switch, etc.) in the circuit of motor power supply system and the circuit breaker of AC contactor have poor contact (scald or looseness). Repair and adjust the dynamic and static circuit breakers to make them touch well. 4. One phase of the route is missing. Find out the disconnection and connect it firmly. 5. Air welding between motor windings leads to poor contact. Carefully check the motor winding electrode connection wire and weld it firmly.
