Therefore, the calculation of air volume in blast aeration is based on the oxygen demand of microorganisms, combined with environmental conditions, water quality conditions, aeration efficiency and other transfer influencing factors.
Secondly, stirring and mixing:
In the process of stirring and mixing, on the one hand, the activated sludge is suspended in the aeration tank and fully contacted with sewage, which enhances the mass transfer conditions of pollutants in the water treatment system and improves the treatment effect. On the other hand, it provides good conditions for diffusion and transfer of oxygen in liquid phase.
In terms of blower, aeration equipment, water pump and other products, the selection of efficient and durable equipment can save energy by 15~20% for each sewage plant.
