Introduction to Installation Requirements of Tube Diffuser:
1. Firstly, the laying method of microporous pipes shall be designed according to the water surface area and shape.
2. according to the design requirements to prepare all kinds of materials, such as tee, plug, plastic line pipe. The plastic conduit shall be black inside and blue outside as far as possible to prevent the tube from being bathed and blocking the microporous tube.
3. During installation, each pipe joint shall be sealed with glue or pipe hoop to prevent air leakage.
4. should try to ensure uniform aeration pipe gas output, an aeration pipe length is best controlled below 20m, laying the end should be higher than the front 20cm or so, in order to ensure uniform end gas output.
5. The aeration pipe shall not contact with sludge as far as possible to avoid blockage.
6. The main engine shall be installed in the middle of the main pipeline as far as possible to ensure the same gas supply quantity of each pipeline. There should be no sundries near the air inlet of the main engine to avoid blockage.
7. Commissioning shall be carried out after installation. Turn on the main machine, debug each aeration pipe one by one, and adjust the height and direction of the aeration pipe until the whole microporous pipe is aerated evenly.
