Check whether the power supply and voltage are correct and conform to the specifications of blower. Loosen the screws on the machine cover, remove the machine cover, check whether there is any foreign matter stuck on the impeller, and remove it.

2. the air volume is too small when using

(1) Check whether the piping at the inlet and outlet is too small, and the pipe diameter of the supervisor shall not be less than 80% of the fan pipe diameter.

(2) Check that the total area of inlet or outlet at the end of piping is less than 70% of fan.

(3) Check whether the air volume used is inconsistent with the specifications of the fan.

3. the wind pressure is insufficient when in use 

(1) Check whether the pipe is too small or obstacles (turning, shrinking) make its pressure loss too large.

(2) Whether the pressure loss in the place of use is greater than the specifications of the fan.

(3) Check whether there is dust stuck in the casing. If there is too much dust accumulation, the air volume and air pressure will be relatively reduced. Long-term use without cleaning will cause the machine to burn.

4. Excessive noise during use

(1)MV type check whether the muffling cotton in the base is installed or wet.

(2) Check whether there is mechanical friction (bearing, impeller and casing, etc.)

(3) Check whether the base is fixed, whether the screws are loose and will not vibrate.
