1. Structure

 

Manvac high-pressure blower oxygenation facility mainly consists of high-pressure blower, main pipe, PVC plastic pipe, branch pipe PVC plastic or rubber hose, microporous aeration pipe (or aeration special plate, bubble stone), check valve, ball valve, etc. Common power of high-pressure blower is 7.5KW, 5.5KW, 4KW, 3.0 KW, 2.2KW and 1.5KW .. The high-pressure blower (vortex air pump) is connected with the main pipe, the main pipe is connected with the branch pipe-rubber hose-connected with the aeration pipe (aeration plate, bubble stone and other aeration devices can be used).

 

2. The installation method

 

Taking the microporous pipe as an example, there are two main installation methods: one is the disc installation method. Equipped with power of 0.25kw/667, the aeration pipe is fixed on the tray frame made of steel bar with diameter of 4 ~ 6 mm. The total length of aeration pipe tray is 8~15m, and 3~4 aeration pipes are installed every 667, and it is fixed 10~20away from the bottom of the pool. Second, the strip installation method. The equipped power is 0.25 kw per 667 , the total length of aeration pipe is about 10~40m, the height difference between pipes is less than 10at a distance of about 10m, and it is fixed 15~20from the bottom of the pool. Two installation methods are common, and disc installation is simple and quick, so disc installation is generally recommended. Bar-type installation, with large quantities and uniform distribution.

 

3. The principle of use

 

Manvac high-pressure blower oxygenation technology adopts hank high-pressure blower to send air into gas pipeline, which sends air into microporous aeration pipe or other aeration devices. due to its small pore size, it can generate a large number of fine bubbles which are emitted from the pipe wall and dispersed into water, and the rising speed is slow, and the bubbles move in the water for a long time, which makes full contact with the water body, and makes full exchange of oxygen molecules between gas and liquid phases, and also increases the rotation and up-and-down flow of water flow. The up-and-down flow of the water stream brings the oxygen-rich water from the upper layer into the bottom layer, while the rotating flow of the water stream diffuses the oxygen-rich water around the microporous pipe to realize the uniform oxygenation of the water in the culture pond. It has the advantages of high oxygen dissolving efficiency, improved ecological environment of aquaculture water, increased stocking density, increased aquaculture yield, reduced energy consumption, safe use and convenient operation.
