In recent years the air flow of centrifugal Blower impeller achieved obvious progress,
some research results have been applied to the practical design, and get satisfactory results.
At present, the flow in a centrifugal fan impeller research is still is one of active field of research,
the author holds that in the following aspects for further study:
1) how to approximation model methods in the application of the ventilator further research,
combining the existing blade design technology,
explore more quick and efficient method of optimization design;
(2) how to tandem cascade, wheel cover opening and blade slit and
centrifugal impeller adaptive boundary layer control technology combine,
in all working range to improve on the performance of the centrifugal fan impeller,
improve the efficiency of the centrifugal fan,
(3) consider unsteady characteristics of the design method.
At present, the research on centrifugal fan impeller internal flow
are still steady calculation is given priority to,along with the dynamic test
and numerical simulation of development,people for impeller
mechanical internal flow of unsteady phenomena and mechanism will be more and
more clear, the unsteady research application in the design work is a very important aspect.
