principle
When the pressure of the pressure relief valve on the suction port and the air outlet exceeds the pressure value set by the blower， or when the pressure fluctuation exceeds the set value, the pressure relief valve will be opened immediately within 0.2 seconds，and the excess pressure will be released through the air flow，So as to play the role of protecting the blower.
When the pressure in the blower drops to a safe value, the valve closes slowly and does not cause a second fluctuation in the blower pressure.
